RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Ashworth, we want you to be completely satisfied with your order. We've created this return and exchange process to make your experience as easy as possible! Unworn or unwashed merchandise can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the original order delivery if accompanied by original tags. All online order returns and exchanges must be made through our returns process - Get Started

For items purchased through one of our authorized retailers, please work with the store directly.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

To begin the return process, please visit our returns center here and enter your order number (example: AW1234) and email or zip code. Select which items from your return you wish to return. Print the provided shipping label and packing slip. Package your return and drop off at a carrier facility. You will be notified when your return has been received at our warehouse. Once, received, we will refund your original form of payment in 3-5 business days.

HOW TO EXCHANGE AN ITEM FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE OR COLOR

To begin the exchange process, please visit the returns center here and enter the order number (example: AW1234) and email or zip code. Select which items from your return you wish to exchange and then select the new color and/or size you wish to exchange for. Print the provided shipping return label and packing slip.

Package your return and drop off at a carrier facility. Your new Item(s) will be shipped within 48 hours of being received at our facility.

FINAL SALE

Please note, any items marked "Final Sale" - No Returns or Exchanges" cannot be returned or exchanged. We are unable to accept "Final Sale" items for return or exchange. Final Sale items are noted with the product details on a product page, in your cart, and also at checkout. Final Sale items will not be eligible for return labels in our return portal.

CUSTOM EMBROIDERY ITEMS

Custom embroidered items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

GIFT CARDS

Gift Cards cannot be returned, refunded, exchanged or redeemed for cash.

REFUND PROCESS

Returns will be processed within 1-2 weeks after the return arrives back at our warehouse. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and you will receive a refund confirmation email once your return has been processed. Please allow an extra 2-3 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
